Step 01 / Observation
THE RESEARCHER
Four years ago, I was drowning.
At work, I was a Support team of one with an overflowing queue and no playbook. Outside of work, I was just as lost—waiting for someone to tell me what to do with my life.
No one ever did.
So I started asking better questions instead.
That simple shift changed everything. It helped me grow my career, but more importantly, it changed how I make decisions, navigate relationships, face uncertainty, and become the person I wanted to be.
Because we aren't different people when we log off our laptops.
I created Proof of Maybe because I don't think any of us are looking for someone with all the answers. I think we're looking for people willing to ask better questions, share what they're learning, and remind us that we're not figuring it out alone.
This is my place to do that—and I hope you'll help shape it, too.
